Great stories have a personality. Consider telling a great story that provides personality. Writing a story with personality for potential clients will assist with making a relationship connection. This shows up in small quirks like word choices or phrases. Write from your point of view, not from someone else's experience.

Great stories are for everyone even when only written for just one person. If you try to write with a wide, general audience in mind, your story will sound fake and lack emotion. No one will be interested. Write for one person. If it’s genuine for the one, it’s genuine for the rest.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
  • Develop and release job postings on platforms, such as social media and job boards.
  • Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospect.
  • Screen resumes and interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation.
  • Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, hired and fired employees, and other candidate relationships.
  • Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database.
  • Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention when required.
  • Performs other duties as assigned. 
  • Arranging interviews for shortlisted candidates and following up on real-time basis till feedback is received from the client.
  • Completing appropriate paperwork before onboarding the candidate Sending daily activity of submittals and interview updates to the account manager.
