- Hands on experience of APO Production Planning heuristics (Configuration, testing, solutioning).
- Specifically MRP, Configurations like planning board, DS board, Different profiles, PPDS Subcontracting process, Alerts configuration & monitoring.
- Knowledge and experience of master data distribution of work centers / Resources, production versions, PPMs, PDS, capacities, Time-streams, CIF-ing between ECC and APO.
- Knowledge of working on Production orders/Planned orders, Material Master, BOM, Routing, Work Centers, Production Version.
- Material Planning using SAP MRP and LTP.
- Should be familiar with Integration of SAP PP with Material Management, WM and QM.
- Perform custom & standard configurations in SAP system to satisfy business requirements.
- Hands on Experience in SAP enhancements, reports, interfaces and developments as meet business needs.
- Ability to work closely with client personnel to ensure requirements are correctly identified and documented.
- Contribution/Experience in SAP Implementation, rollout and support Project.
- Experience in SAP Supply Chain Planning product implementation, Sales and Operations planning application, Demand Planning & Response and Supply
- Good knowledge of SCM Integration with SAP ERP & overview of other related modules.
- Knowledge in IBP preferable
- Expertise in SAP QM in the areas of quality inspection processes in procurement, production and delivery.
- Experience in Notifications, Test equipment and calibrations, SPC, Quality certificates and standard reporting. Should possess sound integration knowledge of QM with PP /MM/SD.
- Should have knowledge on business processes in manufacturing/quality and should have ability to map the business processes in SAP. Should have capabilities in handling Rejections, Rework and deviation in production apart from standard manufacturing/quality processes.
- Work on complex and multiple projects, including core template design, build, validation, roll-out, and support.
- Implement SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing (Production Planning) with FIORI interface and customization.
- Configure PPDS solutions for CTO/ETO business with the PPDS optimizer.
- Handle PPDS master data and reconciliation issues.
- Preparation, synchronization, conversion, and post-processing activities.
- Table mapping for HANA and comprehensive knowledge of BP roles and functionality.
- Experience with HANA master data, CVI and business partner approach, master data in Enterprise management, MRP in HANA, and Innovation Sales and Procurement.
- Knowledge of S/4 HANA Delta change, Fiori, simplification in master data, sourcing and procurement, procure to pay cycle, inventory simplification, Advanced ATP and BOP, MRP LIVE, DD MRP, PPDS
