Gitakshmi Technologies Pvt. Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Consultant with expertise in Staff Augmentation. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding our client base, and driving the success of C2C (Contract-to-Contract) projects.

Responsibilities :

  • A minimum of 4-8 years of experience in a business development role, with a strong emphasis on C2C staffing in the IT industry .
  • Client Acquisition : Identify, target, and acquire new clients who require IT professionals for C2C staffing requirements.
  • Relationship Building : Establish and nurture strong client relationships through effective communication, trust-building, and a deep understanding of client needs.
  • Client Needs Assessment : Understand client staffing needs and effectively communicate these requirements to our recruitment team.
  • Contract Negotiation : Negotiate and finalize contract terms with clients, ensuring that agreements are mutually beneficial and comply with company policies.
  • Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions, providing insights and recommendations to management.
  • Sales Strategy : Develop and execute strategic plans for business development and expansion, with a focus on C2C staffing services.
  • Revenue Generation : Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.
  • Reporting : Provide regular reports on sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward targets.
